ABOUT US
Cindy has over 15 years in financial services including brokerage, wealth management, bank operations, ACH operations, bill payment and online banking, ACH Rules compliance audits, ACH and Remote Deposit Capture risk assessments.
Prior to launching Payments Education & Consulting, Cindy was the Director of Education at EastPay, Inc., a regional payments association where she provided members with guidance navigating through the regulatory environment utilizing in-person workshops, online webinars and telephone assistance for inquiries on laws, regulations, Federal Reserve Operating Circulars, ECCHO Rules, NACHA Operating Rules.
She has successfully performed numerous audits and risk assessments of ACH and Remote Deposit Capture. She is an advocate for an informed client and believes in a consultative and collaborative approach.
Cindy holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Mangement from
University of Phoenix. She has been certified as an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), a National Check Professional (NCP), and a Class Instructor of the National Check Payments (NCP) Certification Program.

The birth of Payments Education & Consulting ( "P-E-C") has been a journey of fantastic opportunities to work across a diverse group of organizations within the financial services industry. Do-Bees go through the motions of processing transactions with little understanding of the underlying risks of non-compliance or potential financial losses.
