We are a small community bank  with just enough understanding of the ACH network to keep us in compliance. Our bank was seeking ACH training but did not want the training to overwhelm our employees with dry, technical payments jargon. I knew Cindy had a wealth of  knowledge in the payment industry and asked her for help. Cindy did not disappoint! She made the training fun, interactive and interesting. Everyone in  attendance said they thought they'd be bored but had fun and learned a lot. Cindy takes a complicated topic and dissects it, connects the dots so everyone regardless of knowledge and experience, can understand. We plan on utilizing her training again.
